Job Description

The Sales Training Program is designed to educate, develop, and retain talented trainees. The Management Trainee & Tire Sales Associate will participate in a sales rotation in several of the BestDrive locations located in the continental United States. The Management Trainee / Tires Sales Associate will assist in the current sales flow of the assigned BestDrive location. Upon completion of the Sales Training Program, associates will be responsible for managing all sales functions for existing and prospective customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Learns sales administration by completing rotation in sales office functions.
• Learns sales process by completing training program; completing study assignments.
• Observes sales process by traveling with sales representatives; attending sales and service calls.
• Practices sales process by calling on existing and then new accounts; adhering to established sales steps
• Speaks directly with new and existing customers or clients to explain features and merits of products or services offered
• Maintain current accounts with regular sales calls and follow up to accounts
• Answers all questions concerning a product or service, with appropriate referrals where required
• Learn and work through the existing business operating system for billing of above sales channels
• Evaluating customer needs and making recommendations
• Gathering market and customer information

Job Qualifications:
• Associate Degree
• Must be able to work in a results­ oriented, fast­paced environment as part of a team
• Good oral and written communication ability
• Must be able to pass a background check including employment history, SSN verification, criminal history, etc.
• Must be able to pass a physical exam and drug test
