Located in Indianapolis, IN
The Commercial Sales Representative will assist in the daily operations of a thriving Commercial Tire Dealership. The Sales Representative runs the store when the Operations Manager is not available and assists in other management duties, including scheduling, inventory, paperwork, and employee development. The Sales Representative will continue to perform the duties of a Commercial Sales Representative (promoting new tires, retreads, and tire services).
Essential Job Duties/Functions:
• Achieve all budgeted goals.
• Ensure invoices are turned and that tickets are reviewed daily
• Resolve all problems that can't be handled at a lower level (customer, personnel, mechanical).
• Ensure all employees are trained properly and follow procedures and provide coaching to employees where improvement is needed.
• Complete weekly shop schedule, maintaining minimum overtime to keep labor within budget goals.
• Ensure service equipment is in good working condition and well maintained.
• Perform inventory spot checks weekly.
• Manage and maintain relationship with employees
• Provide friendly and competent customer service.
• Responsible for the sale of new truck tires, retreads and services
• Maintain current accounts with regular sales calls and follow up to accounts
• Learn and work through the existing business operating system for billing of above sales channels
• Maintain an acceptable profit margin
• Actively seeking new accounts and represent the company to potential customers.
• Developing and maintaining a thorough knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
• Meeting established sales and gross profit goals.

Job Requirements
Job Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous Sales Experience
• Previous Commercial Tire Sales Experience preferred
• Must be able to work in a results oriented, fast paced environment as part of a team
• Good oral and written communication ability
• Must be able to pass a background check including employment history, SSN verification, criminal history, etc.
• Must be able to pass a drug test
