·  Ensure proper office management

·  Appointment/Calendar management and tracking

·  Ensure efficient standard administration processes

·  Ensure an uptodate intranet presence of the Main Department

·  Preparation / organization / follow-up of meetings / conferences / events

·  Competent and responsible deputy organization

·  Processing of Mail, prioritization and forwarding to the relevant places

·  Business travel preparation;

·  Ensure flow of information within the department and with all interfaces

·  Creating eCR, ePR, and other requisitions

·  Support for the Main Department Leader in strategy implementation and development

Desired profile

Job Requirements

·  Completed vocational training and professional experience;

·  First experience in project management;

·  Knowledge of SAP R / 3;

·  A good knowledge of MS Office programs;

·  Good German and very good English skills in speaking and writing;

·  Intercultural competency;

·  Enjoys challenges;

·  Independent, responsible working-style
