Job Description

The Algorithm Developer Engineer will be responsible for development, designing and maintaining code for core features in 3D Flash LIDAR camera (Light Detection And Ranging) algorithms.
Development of Flash Lidar Algorithms optimized for Texas Instruments TDA architecture (and future architectures) from concept to series production.
­ Develop test and/or simulate algorithm software components according to process for Texas Instruments System on Chip processors (and others)
­ Optimize runtime of algorithms according to the chip architecture
­ Document development activities and their results
­ Responsible for the algorithm software requirements engineering for flash Lidar products
­ Responsible for the creation of validation and test procedures for performance and robustness of flash Lidar algorithm software

­ Implement software algorithms modules using the C and Assembly languages

Additional Responsibilities:

­ Habilities to work with costumer engineers to understand algorithm requirements
­ Support peer reviews through all development stages.
­ Follow formally developing techniques and SW validation procedures.

Basic Qualifications:

­ Proficient with C/C++ programming and assambler
­ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science/Optical systems or equivalent degree or experience

­ Excellent customer and team skills.

­ Proficient in English communication (Written and Spoken)

­ Good communication, team and presentation skills

­ Experience with radar and camera sensors and algorithms

­ Self­ sufficient to develop in his discipline and decision making

­ Must be willing to travel internationally or domestically, Approximately 10% of time may be spent in other locations
