Our client is a specialist IT distributor. Due to their continued success and growth are now seeking to recruit a Technical Account Manager (TAM) provides pre sales technical support to the Sales & Vendor Team and their customers. The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of success in a pre- sales role will have Symantec/Veritas skill set and industry experience Citrix/VDI/Storage experience and come from a channel environment .Will have strong technical background combined with excellent presentation and communication skill sets.

The Role:
* Provide pre-sales technical support to the sales & Vendor Team covering all of the
Vendors family of products Answering technical enquiries working as a Veritas pre sales
engineer supporting the partners and their client accounts in a presales role you will be
the Go to Technical resource for Veritas software
*Client Presentations will be the focal point for customer evaluations
Technical post sales escalation for current customers
* Working to formulate account strategies
* Will have the ability to deliver results
*Customer Service excellence and Acute Business acumen
*Excellent at Negotiating and Time Management
Benefits:
*Excellent Salary package of up to £30,000 Basic
A commission scheme of up to £30,000 = £60,000
*Car allowance £6,000 per annum
* 21 days holiday rising to a maximum of 25 with length of service
