The role requires a professional approach and a high degree of personal presentation. Communication skills are also important as the role involves both face-to-face and telephone communication with clients on a daily basis. The right candidate should be able to articulate technical propositions coherently and with commercial awareness both within the organisation and with the customers they meet.

You will be working with and have experience of :
- Microsoft Server and Desktop operating systems
o (2003/2008/2008R2/SBS/2012 Server/XP/Vista/7/8)
- Core Microsoft Infrastructure technologies and solutions
o (Exchange, IIS, Active Directory, SharePoint, Remote Desktop Services. DFS)
- Systems virtualisation
o (VMware, vSphere)
- Citrix Systems
- Backup technologies
o (Veam, Backup Exec, System Recovery, Endpoint Protection, LTO)
- Server hardware maintenance and troubleshooting
- Hardware firewalls and router configuration
o (Fortinet - UTM, NAS, ISCSI, SAN, Fibre Chanel)
- Switching
o (HP, Cisco)
- System and network monitoring

Its a real advantage if you have
- MCITP-Microsoft Certified IT Professional
- MCSA-Microsoft Windows Server 2012/Office365
- MCSE- Microsoft Certified Solution Expert/ Messaging Administrator
- VMware Certified Professional
