Job description
We are looking for an experienced OTC Valuation & Pricing Manager to oversee pricing and valuation activities for OTC financial instruments within a leading Asset Management organization.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in OTC derivatives and pricing methodologies with proven leadership and team management capabilities. This role focuses on supervision, valuation oversight and continuous improvement, rather than day-to-day operational processing.

The mission
Oversee and supervise pricing and valuation activities related to OTC derivatives and complex financial instruments.
Ensure the accuracy, consistency and reliability of OTC valuations and pricing methodologies.
Challenge and validate pricing models, valuation inputs and market data, ensuring appropriate valuation practices.
Monitor valuation controls, independent price verification (IPV) and fair value processes.
Manage and coordinate a team of valuation and pricing specialists, providing guidance, support and technical expertise.
Drive continuous improvement of valuation processes, methodologies and control frameworks.
Collaborate closely with Front Office, Risk Management, Finance, Middle Office and other internal stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Contribute to strategic initiatives related to pricing, valuation governance and the development of the Asset Management platform.
Desired profile
6–8+ years of experience in OTC derivatives, pricing, valuation or product control within financial services, ideally in Asset Management or Investment Banking.
Strong technical understanding of OTC derivatives and financial instruments, including their pricing and valuation methodologies.
Solid knowledge of pricing models, fair value, mark-to-market (MTM) and valuation control processes.
Experience with independent price verification (IPV), valuation adjustments and/or financial risk management is a strong asset.
Proven experience in team management, supervision or coordination, with the ability to lead and develop a team of specialists.
Ability to challenge technical valuations, oversee processes and interact effectively with senior stakeholders.
Strong understanding of financial markets, valuation governance and regulatory frameworks.
Strategic mindset with strong analytical, leadership and decision-making skills.
Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
