Poste et missions:
The Financial Analyst is responsible for analyzing financial status by collecting, monitoring, and studying data making recommendations to business leaders.
Essential functions :
- Be actively involved in Colas USA’s cash management:
o Administration of group’s bank account structure
o Day-to-day steering of Colas USA cash position: accounts balancing, financing lines drawings, investments
o Assist in coordination of set-up and management of corporate credit card and fuel card programs
o Contribution to the improvement of payment and collection processes: Payment automation, merchant services, etc.
- Participate in the implementation of financing lines for the group (short/long term, equipment financing, leasing)
- Prepare monthly cash reports and contribute to the bi-annual budget
- Work to enhance the financial reporting and cash monitoring tools at Colas USA.
- Assist with the coordination and setup of Colas USA’s commodities hedging strategy, in collaboration with purchasing department
- Support subsidiary companies with their day-to-day requests (trade, finance, cash management) and specific projects
Profil:
- BS Degree in Economic, Finance, or related field required (M2 Ecole de Commerce)
- 1,5 years of experience in Finance or accounting role preferred.
- Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
Driving licence required (Permis B).
