Company: a specialist media company behind some of the UK’s biggest and best healthcare media brands. As part of these brands we produce, market and organise about 40 events per year within the UK for Healthcare Professionals.
Project: Our data is key to us running successful events. We are looking for someone to assist the event marketing team by helping sort, find and build data for our targeted audiences. This will involve:
1. looking at our current data and highlighting areas where it needs improving and building
2. building the data and making sure contact information is correct
3. identifying companies/associations and charities we can contact to contra with
4. thinking of ways to target healthcare professionals outside of our data through social media, launching a campaign at the events etc.
It is an exciting time to join our team as we are launching a new event in a different health sector. Our marketing team will need assistance in getting this event off the ground and getting delegates registered.
Hours: 9am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday (flexible if needed)
Duration: up to 4 months (flexible)
Start date: immediately
Location: London Wall, London (role is office based)
Pay: Unpaid but £10 towards travel per day (receipts needs to be submitted) and £5 towards lunch
Required skills: Computer competent
