Codastar is a small & busy London based Digital Agency with a wide client base. We work to high standards and customer satisfaction is our prime objective for every project.
The company has been growing steadily with both existing clients keeping us busy and new ones coming on board and trusting us with their projects.
We are now looking at expanding our sales and marketing activities.
So, we need someone to help us spread the good word about our services and level of quality of service and of course ultimately generating new business.
The role will involve:
- Developing Sales strategies
- Following and implementing our sales processes and those you may develop
- Cold calling and email marketing
- Possible networking
- Generally helping with generating leads
You will not be required to "close sales" (unless you feel up to it) but instead to spot leads / opportunities and pass them on to our team.
We are looking for a passionate, sales and achievement driven individual, self-motivated and results driven.
The role could be full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days per week) depending on the preferences of the suitable candidate.
In addition, the duration of the role could extend beyond 4 months if the internship is proving to be mutually beneficial.
We will offer a 25% commission for all leads that convert into sales.
A degree in sales/marketing or related subject is preferred but not essential.
The role would suit someone who is interested in working full time in sales, someone who wants to get hands on experience of a wide variety of skills and responsibilities that would take much longer to be trusted with in a larger organisation.
