The University Talent Programme was launched to help develop the future talent pipeline of our business. We believe in your potential and will develop and challenge you throughout the Programme, ensuring a great experience!

During the Programme, you will gain experience in several roles in your business area. The number of rotations, their duration and location can vary according to your Programme and the available opportunities, but in general you will be expected to cover 3-5 roles of 12 months and we will ask you to be geographically mobile.

What to expect

This programme will focus on the development of your performance and Financial Capability within Shared Services, Commercial, Supply Chain, Internal Audit or European Group Finance.

Your first year will help build your foundational capability in Finance within one of the above Finance disciplines.

Years two and three build on this foundational knowledge and develop capabilities in financial and performance operations, financial management and strategy.

Qualifications

What we expect of you

Minimum of 2:1 degree classification, and committed to working towards a professional accountancy qualification.

We are looking for recent graduates with the passion and drive to fulfil their undoubted potential at one of the world’s most iconic names. Applicants must be prepared to utilise their skills in order to develop both themselves and the business.
