Work Experience - Agency Assistant (3 months)

We have an opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our busy commercial entertainment agency.

You must have a passion for music, a willingness to learn and be prepared to play an active part of a fast growing company.

Your role will include…

Advancing shows with promoters and creating artist itineraries
Assisting the brand manager with the day to day running of our music touring brand Coffee House Sessions
Office management – ordering stationary and office consumables. Making sure the office looks neat and tidy at all times
Taking minutes in meetings and issuing them to the team
Managing content for our social media channels
Assisting with general agency admin
Answering the phone and dealing with calls appropriately
Meeting and greeting guests
