Position: PARTS SALES MANAGER NORTH AFRICA
? Qualification:
? Master Degree or Diploma in Sales and/or Business Management.
? Skills:
? Computer literacy of a high standard (including Microsoft Office)
? Fluent in English & Arabic, Native French
? Excellent communication skills
? Experience:
? Experienced in Export & Sales Business (independent aftermarket preferred)
? Understanding of related processes and procedures
? Basic Finance understanding as well as all processes related to dealership management
? Main Purpose of the Job:
The role is necessary to manage the distribution network, constituted by independent companies, in order to implement CNH Strategies for both brands and develop the business potential.
In order to achieve the market AOP (Annual Operating Plan) for Parts sales and gross margin, the main responsibilities of the position include:
1. Providing full PSM leadership and operational support for Parts sales with dealers.
2. Regularly analyze sales trends by commodity and dealer work with dealers to find ways to improve.
3. Be the focal point for all issues and opportunities received from dealers and ensure they are acted upon, particularly focusing on incremental business opportunities.
4. Execute agreed policies, programs and processes to dealers / customers, developed by our Region and European Parts Sales & Marketing.
5. Develop programs and promotions with dealers that capture incremental business.
6. Identify key dealers who have maximum potential for Parts sales growth and understand dealers' current performance, at commodity level. Complete regular reviews on performance and plan and implement recovery actions.
7. Provide input for flash and forecast sales results communication to management, with causal reasons, risks and opportunities on a specified regular and timely basis.
8. Manage incentive programs to dealers in line with budget.
9. Manage the development and roll out of appropriate actions, working with dealers, having interpreted Dealer Standards results.
10. Identify and lead local training of field staff as required.
11. Participate in market area meetings taking responsibility for issues and opportunities resolution/exploitation in close cooperation with local marketing.
12. Propose sales and marketing actions based on the information obtained and ensure the execution of the agreed action plan
13. Cooperate with local marketing in order to identify and monitor competition, develop and implement plans to fight it.
14. Responsible for implementing strategies.
15. Develop budget and operative marketing plans.
16. Co-ordinate activities with Marketing, Logistics, Finance and After Sales departments.
17. Develop the business by working closely with distributors utilizing their own structures and exploiting synergies at all levels.
18. Problem solving skills are essential, in order to solve logistics and financial problems, distribution issues, offset competition action, and deal with last minute activities (tendering, bidding, etc) with fixed deadlines.
