Poste et missions:
The Network development manager in the Market is responsible for the sustainable development of Dealer and Subdealer network of all CNH Industrial brands in the UK and ROI, putting in place ac-tions, policies and best practices meant to strengthen Parts results and customer experience in the market.
In particular the Network development manager must guarantee:
- To work closely with the CNH Industrial Brands
- To continue update of network relevant information
- The definition and follow-up of network projects
- The accuracy in the activities related to new dealer points in the CNHI operational systems
- The definition of coverage analysis and action plan follow-up
- The cooperation with CNH Industrial Capital and Trade finance to monitor network situation
- The follow up of network qualitative project (Red Excellence, Top Partner, Parts program,…)
- To Manage and Co-ordinate Training Activities
- To Support Local Parts Sales Organization with network related activities
In performing his/her mission the Network development manager will have to define and follow-up actions at market level to maximize parts penetration and customer satisfaction.
Profil:
- University Degree or equivalent in Economics, Law, Business Management, Finance, Engineering
- Computer literate in Office Professional with particular emphasis Powerpoint and Excel (ad-vanced user)
- Full availability to travel within the Territory of coverage
- Strong informed knowledge of the dynamics of the company and the importance of a strongly de-veloped dealer network;
- Excellent interpersonal skills; negotiation and teamworking;
- Strongly developed communication capability at all levels, with the ability to be self-motivated and work in autonomy with minimum guidance within a challenging business environment;
- Able to organize daily priorities and respond to frequently changing focus points;
- Must hold a full driving license;
- Fluent in English
