Poste et missions:
In a perspective of one-stop-shop concept and in support to Direx Business Development:
1. As Parts Shop Project Development
The target is to develop a pan-european approach of Parts Shops to be deployed successfully jointly with Parts & Service teams and dealer networks of all CNHI brands. This project will contribute to brand image and awareness, will participate to increase original parts sales and develop sell-out business opportunities for the dealers through Direx products.
The main responsibilities are:
- Understand the actual Retail Shop program in Spanish market and stabilize the process
- Structure and build a standard approach including all the mandatory aspects of the project to replicate and scale the program at EMEA level
- Identify and prospect local suppliers to build a specific Retail Shop offer per market
- Define a country road-map with identified dealers and support local teams in the deployment of the approach
- Track and follow them up providing meaning reporting and KPI
2 As Direx Business Development
The main responsibilities are:
- Identify new market potentials, search for corresponding new business opportunities, lead the negotiation process, initiate and ensure partners deployment in EMEA Region.
- Support the country demands linked to partner deployment
- Provide meaning reporting and KPI
Profil:
- Solutions oriented person and able to take initiatives;
- Proactive and motivated by challenges;
- Team worker;
- Good presentation skills;
- Skilled with Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel above all the rest);
- Fluent in English;
- Previous experience in automotive product marketing will be a plus.
