Job description
Our busy client are recruiting for a Customer Care Team Leader due to rapid recent growth of the company. You will be required to supervise 3 - 5 customer service staff.
- Help with customer and client enquires.
- Keep all systems updated
- Dealing with all complaints via email or phone
- Monitoring team performances and dealing with any internal problems that arise
- Produce monthly performance spreadsheet
- Holding team meetings on a monthly basis
- Training new member of staff
- Provide general administration support
- Required to have intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel
