The Business-
SportyMinis is a well established early years physical activity provider which delivers multi-skills sports sessions to over 400 + children a week. The mission is to ensure children are active, confident and loving all things Sports.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Sports Coach - Ensure the highest quality delivery of our innovative early years physical education programme to our early years settings. You will travel between our nursery settings (mainly in south-west London) delivering our fun, engaging and purposeful sessions to children ages 2-4 years old. You will be inspiring our next generation to get active, be confident and love all things sports and physical activity.

Marketing Project Management- Our company is ever-growing with new clients asking to work with us regularly, therefore the project marketing role will involve many social media platforms as well as email marketing campaigns. You will take on both a client management role, whilst helping the business move forward into a regional franchise/ licence model. There is also a bonus scheme structure in place for the direct expansion of the business.

Company progression into a regional business operations role will be offered to the right candidate

Ideally, this is a 6+ month role initially

Desired profile

Sports Coaching experience, or Early Years teaching experience
Social Media marketing knowledge
High customer service skill set
Must have a creative mindset
You will be able to work on your own
You will be passionate about health and fitness / sports
Project management experience would be valuable
