Job description

Purpose of the position :
Construction & Technical Director Assistance :
To manage Construction and Technical projects in from initial conception through to completion.
Mainly, but not only : Club Med Kani Renovation Project, Maldives new resort project
Responsabilities :
- Assume a leadership role on project management in order to deliver on schedule, within budget and to the quality and standards required
- Coordination of budget process and planning / anticipation of potential works / construction.
- Inform the Construction & Technical Director on a regular basis
- Ensure the respect of all contractual clauses with regards to the projects
- To anticipate and follow up the hand-over Operations
- To coordinate and follow up projects defects rectification works
- To communicate with the resort Operational team
Requires travels from time to time to other Club Med’s offices / resorts as well.
Compétences requested :
- Knowledge : Structural, Architectural & MEP engineering, Computerised tools & Software
- Skills : Rigorous, organized, analysis and synthesis skills, availability / flexibility (various trips)
- Languages : Fluent in English (written and spoken) and in French
- Behaviour : Team spirit, good interpersonal skills
