Our company, Clicksell Ltd, is seeking to employ a Social Media Assistant on a full-time basis for our e-commerce fashion brand. This is a paid position. You will be responsible for assisting the company with the development of its brand on Social Media and assisting the company director on various matters.
This is the ideal position for someone who is Social Media savvy and understands websites like YouTube, Facebook & Instagram very well and engages with lots of content on these websites everyday (especially so if you watch lots of influencer/vlogger content).
It is best-suited for the individual who does not wish to commute to an office, is self-directed, and can easily work from home. We are looking for someone who is friendly, open to learning, and engages well with people.
This position will require you to have access to basic equipment such as a laptop, internet access, and a phone.
Your role in this job is to perform the following:
#1: Research, Management & Engagement with Social Media influencers on Instagram & YouTube
#2: Assist with company Director on business & personal affairs.
#3: Assist with customer issues and help to retain satisfaction.
#4: Manage Social Media accounts (Facebook / Instagram / YouTube)
