Job Description

The Project Delivery Manager (PDM) is the person from the Open Payment Solutions (OPS) organisation responsible for managing the project scope and the implementation of the software described in the statement of work until acceptance or pre-production. The PDM has intensive collaboration with the Client and other Clear2Pay resources to create a solution that best meets the Clients’ needs by factoring in not only functional & technical requirements but also business requirements, cost, and time-to-market. The PDM is Client facing and manages the Clients’ expectations and requirements and will translate these into concrete actions and plans.

Responsibilities

End responsibility for making sure the solution works in the customer environment as described in contractual documents;

Defining and managing the project, scope and budget (Statement of Work), coordinate and follow up;

Managing a multidisciplinary team and work closely with the Client;

Managing change from cost to delivery and keeping stake holders informed;

Identification of risks and issues and the communication to all interested parties and management of mitigation and resolution;

Working to assign priorities and release the software on schedule and within budget;

Responsible for achieving the gross margin as agreed during the bid review;

Acting as 1st escalation point when issues arise with clear2pays resources / services;

Detailed reporting on project performance (services delivery, estimate to complete, resource management, etc.).

Requirements

An engineering degree with management specialization or an economy degree with technical specialization; or equivalent qualifications by experience

Proven people skills

Proven experience in working with project and development teams

Proven experience with methodologies

Proven track record in project delivery within budget/time

Proven experience with project budgeting and reporting

Experience with application delivery in an international context

Proven experience in payments is a plus

Fluent in English and German (speaking and writing), knowledge of Dutch is a plus

Willingness to travel
