We are now recruiting for the position of Office Manager / Creative Administrator to join and head-up the team, and be based at our head office - Amersham, Buckinghamshire.
We are a great team of young professionals who love what we do. The company is quickly evolving and growing within the industry as we build on our excellent services and products. We specialise in property photography and marketing services for estate agents and developers.
This position would be a rewarding role for the right candidate, with a varied range of roles and responsibilities. This is a central role in the company structure and one that will develop and grow over time.
The available position is full time and permanent for approximately 40 hours a week. Office is based in Old Amersham, Buckinghamshire. This is a shared serviced office working with other professionals.
The key roles of the position will include:
- Managing the day to day running of the business and reporting to the Director. Responsibilities to include:
- Booking the diaries for our photographers
- Managing our customer accounts, answering calls and dealing with client queries
- Quality controlling
- Basic accounting and invoicing
- Photoshop image editing (training to be given) and some design work
- Overseeing our Web2Print brochure print & design service
- Managing internal company marketing and advertising.
- Social Media
- Ensuring Orders run smoothly and are delivered on time.
The ideal candidate should:
- Ideally have a knowledge or experience of the Property Industry
- Be ambitious and hardworking
- Have a courteous and friendly telephone manner
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have a good understanding of computers (PC & Apple) and IT including software such as Word, Mail, Photoshop, Social Media sites
- Excellent organisational and planning ability, with a good knowledge of our coverage area.
- Be enthusiastic to learn, grow and develop within the company.
- Full driving license & own vehicle
Salary will be £18,000 - £22,000 per year (negotiable )dependant on experience - plus incentives
Monday - Friday 0900 -1730
