The business unit “Instrumentation and Systems“ is in charge of the development and marketing of innovative systems and state-of-the-art instruments
In 2012, Bertin Technologies launched an innovative industrial solution for onsite bio-hazardous waste management with today references and growth track records in 20+ countries worldwide (product website: www.sterilwave.com).

Under the responsibility and supervision of the Sales Manager of the medical waste management business line, we are searching for a Sales Representative for North and South America Territory, in charge of the following tasks on B2B sales model:
- Apply the sales policy by active participation and into the yearly marketing and commercial plan, communicate our marketing and commercial information and incentives to our distributors.
- Provide our distributors with training, presentations and demonstration of our products and applications. Manage and develop the existing distribution in order to always keep an active and efficient access to the entire market of your territory.
- Provide feedback from the field trough accurate and pertinent reports to your hierarchy and the CRM available tools.
- Follow-up with existing customers, supporting them on the field during end-user visits, taking appropriate actions to close deals.
- Generate new sales leads and opportunities in new potential market within the Territory. Propose a short list of potential new distribution partners.

The ideal candidate has a Master degree either from a business school or from a scientific school with commercial skills. This person has to be a born salesman/saleswoman, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. He/she must have some knowledge of technical products, or at least the strong willing to work in high technologies and science field.

He/she has be able to work as part of an international team. Fluency in English and in spanish is required.
The ability to visit customers in the territory and abroad is required (50 to 75% of his working time). A training in our head-quarter in France near Paris will be provided.
