REMUNERATION MENSUELLE :1815€ (indemnité non contractuelle fixée par décret et arrêté, dont le montant peut varier notamment en
fonction de l’évolution du barème de référence, de la localisation de la mission et des cas d’abattements prévus par les textes)

Elmea is a successful Consulting Company specialised in Life Sciences (Pharmaceutical/Biotechnologies/Medical Devices). Created two years ago as a brand of Taleo, an independent management consulting group, Elmea became a trusted company on the market.
In order to insure our growth and to strengthen our team for our office in Brussels, we are looking for our new Talent Manager !

WHAT ARE YOUR CHALLENGES ?

- You are in charge of the whole recruitment process of various profiles, especially engineers :
o You search for the right candidates on job boards and
social networks
o After a period of training you will manage the
candidate interviews on your own
o You also provide the necessary feedback towards the
candidates, as for the internal management
o You ensure that the candidate data base is properly
fulfilled and up-to-date
o You draft the employment contracts
o You take part into the on-boarding process of the new
employees
o You develop a good understanding of Life Sciences
sector and profiles
- You are in charge of Elmea’s social network management
- If you are enough experienced, you will take part in ad-hoc HR subjects such as the development of the company brand strategy, strengthening the sense of belonging of the consultants, planning internal events, etc.

PROFILE
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment and used to management by objectives
- You have a Master in a Management or a Life Science field
- You are fluent in English. French and Dutch are an asset
- You are a dynamic and business-oriented person
- You are proactive and not afraid to take initiative
