Nowadays, Customer Experience (CX) is becoming more and more of importance within companies, as well as within Air Liquide. Listening to the voice of the customer, improving the customer journey and creating added value for them is an important driver of our success.
The Customer Service Centers (CSC) are involved in a major part of the customer journey. Within Benelux we have three CSC’s, located in Eindhoven, Herentals and Milmort. They are connected to many departments within the company, such as Sales, Supply Chain, Accounts Receivable, Maintenance and Engineering.

The team you will work with exists of 2 persons:
Petra Dupont - CSC Manager Benelux - located in Herentals (Belgian nationality).
Maartje Koenen - CX Leader ALBI - located in Eindhoven / Herentals (Dutch nationality).

You will be responsible/ involved in the following projects:
? Analysis Customer Experience (CX) survey results and transfer these results to actions plans;
? Creating a CX dashboard, KPI’s and a monthly follow-up plan;
? Analysis to define a strategy to boost our online performance and analysis of trends;
? Automate and simplify our monthly invoicing process within the framework of the European Invoicing Guide of Air Liquide.

We expect the following results from the above mentioned projects:
? Clear structure on CX on how to process and report survey results;
? CX dashboard, refreshed on a weekly/monthly basis, supported by a follow-up plan;
? Clear strategy and actions (already implemented) to boost our online performance;
? Efficiencies created and time reduced for the CSC’s on their monthly invoicing process.

Position based in Eindhoven, Netherlands for an initial period of 12 months, extendable.
