iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:
Information Technology Services Business Analyst - VIE Contract (W/M)
Information Technology Services Global Pharmacovigilance (GPV) Solution Center is building a brand-new automation platform, leveraging new technologies (Robotic Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning) that are setting the foundation for GPV future. The goal is to have an industrialized, automation platform that enables optimization of Adverse Event case processing to increase productivity. This will enable GPV transformation from a regulatory global function to a predictive lever to increase the safety of our products.
The successful candidate will be strongly involved in highly visible projects within Pharmacovigilance, contributing to their deployment, operations, continuous improvement and bringing their experience while continuing to learn and grow.
Responsibilities:
Contributing to the execution of Automation Program:
- Understanding the business needs and propose the right solution, to guarantee:
Reliability
Performance
Scalability
- Tracking manual workload per process to identify automation opportunities
- Contributing to meeting deadlines of project delivery within the automation program
Contributing to Operations of the Automation Program:
- Helping with the transition from project to operations team in automation program
- Being on the lookout for industry best practices for support
- Contributing to setting up and running service governance
- Monitoring service usage Key Performance Indicators and provide visibility
Leading technology watch:
- Taking an active interest in technologies (Robotic Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing) and propose ideas proactively
- Ensuring technology watch to identify new automation and innovation opportunities
- Performing regular market benchmark to identify trends and ensure leadership position
- Contributing to building and maintain Service Long Range Plan and innovation roadmap aligned with Global Pharmacovigilance stakes
Being part of the SCO service line team:
- As part of the global pharmacovigilance solution center team, being fully engaged to contribute to its success and bring new ideas
Requirements:
- Master‘s degree in computing, computer science or related technical discipline
- Strong interest in emerging technologies, Process Automation, Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning
- Autonomous, rigorous & Transversal leadership, able to federate internal & external teams
- Team player, capacity to collaborate transversally and internationally
