REMUNERATION MENSUELLE :2574€ (indemnité non contractuelle fixée par décret et arrêté, dont le montant peut varier notamment en
fonction de l’évolution du barème de référence, de la localisation de la mission et des cas d’abattements prévus par les textes)

•To assist Human Resource Department with daily HR Activities

Primary Responsibilities:

•Ensure compliance with all state and federal employment related statutes such as EEOC, non-discrimination, record keeping, etc.
•Responsible for managing the full University Co-Op (trainee) program.
•Aid in the management of the company-wide performance management cycle
•Create, update and maintain timely and accurate records in the HR workflow system
•Assist in the administration of HR policies, procedures, guidelines and measurement systems.
•Orient and advise all non-union and union employees on a daily basis, based upon their request.
•Respond to employee questions and concerns.
•Facilitate the on boarding of new personnel
•Maintain employee bulletin boards for respective areas
•Backup HR Manager as needed
•Any and all other responsibilities, in addition to those mentioned above, as assigned by supervisor/manager. Any interpretation/clarification with responsibilities above will be settled by the supervisor/manager.

Required Education and Skills:

•B.S. or M.S. in HR or related field
•2-5 years of experience in HR required
•Ability to deal appropriately with confidential information
•Able to work in an International and multicultural environment
•Excellent customer service, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
•Outlook, MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
