** Poste et missions:
The aim of the Administrative & Finance department is to ensure Mantu growth in compliance with all regulations, as well as sustainable and optimized business conditions.

The department is to support Mantu's decisions with key information and accurate data, business drivers, and analyses that are instrumental to optimal business management and efficient planning for the future.

The Controlling Team's main objective is to produce and analyze financial data with the aim of producing Gap analysis by using specific tools for the Group.

As a Financial Controller, your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Prepare the annual budgets, monthly Profits & Loss and forecast financial performance
- Analyze and explain the variations and the gaps of the group
- Review and challenge the analysis made by the Administrative and Financial Managers
- Participate the monthly closing process of the group
- Participate in the annual account closing (balance sheet, income statement, tax return).
- Review the Weekly Management Report production
- Review data consolidation of the group (gap analysis, adjustments…)
- Take part of the development of financial tools for entities and for the group

** Profil:
- You have a master’s degree with a major in Corporate Finance from a Business School
- You have significant and successful experience in Controlling of minimum 1 year
- You are fluent in English and French
- You are at ease working on Excel and keen on process-automation
- You are ready to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
- You are creative with a critical mindset, willing to bring innovative ideas in our finance department
