To support our Powertrain Financial Planning & Analysis team, located in Bascharage, Luxembourg, we are currently looking for a Financial Analyst (M/F) in VIE contract.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Reporting to the Powertrain Division FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Consolidation and Financial Analysis of Powertrain operations
- Analysis of Powertrain Divisional cost reporting and preparing information for ad hoc management inquiries
- Production of monthly financial dashboards
- Analyzing and reporting divisional and business unit SGA for all regions
- Preparing variance analysis presentations for senior divisional and corporate management
- Assisting in developing new business unit structure reporting and consolidation files
- Interface with other regions and departments for analytical best practice, customer, P&Ls
- Rolling Forecast processes: check and challenge data reported by subsidiaries
- Working with other team members as well as site controllers to timely resolve month-end reporting issues
Your profile:
- University Degree in Management/Finance or similar
- Finance / Accounting background
- Very strong IT literacy
- Full proficiency on MS Office Tools (especially Excel and Power Point)
- Strong Communication skills
- Full fluency, written and spoken, in English
- Flexibility to work longer during month-end and quarter-end reporting periods, offset by lower work load during remaining weeks
