Sales & Marketing Executive - Internship

Job description

We are looking for a bright, driven and self-motivated intern who is happy to contribute ideas and to take on a variety of tasks to help us reach our growth goals.

This is a great opportunity for a bright student looking to learn the workings of a startup and gain valuable experience in marketing and digital content production. Working with us will also allow you to explore and get to know parts of London that you may not have discovered otherwise.

Full training will be provided.

Tasks you can expect to learn about and be responsible for include:

-Assist with the production and editing of visual & written content (photo and video) for site and social media
-Identify businesses to partner with and assist in sales meetings
-Assist with development and refinement of products- compile and analyse customer feedback, identify & prioritise most important changes
-Review competitors, identify areas where we can improve and areas of opportunity
-Assist in the development of our venue and attraction database (reviews, essential information, photography,)
-Develop relationships with venues and attractions, negotiate deals for our customers (discounts, specials etc) to enhance our customer offering
-Provide Local guide assistance as required
-Assist in day to day business operations

Desired profile

-Excellent written and spoken English. Additonal language an advantage
-Creative: good visual skills (photo & video and editing experience an advantage), also strong written skills
-Wide range of interests: demonstrate real interest in and hunger for life experience
-Confident: happy to approach people and ask them for anything from a meeting to negotiating a deal.
-Enthusiastic: We are a fast growing business which relies on the quality of our employees. We need people to really want to be part of our business and commit to it.

We are a small team so the role can carry as much responsibility as the person demonstrates they are able to take on
