Job description
City Year's volunteer mentors dedicate a year to be the change they wish to see in the world.
City Year's volunteer mentors act as near peer mentors to pupils in schools in disadvantaged areas. The conduct 1 to 1 sessions with focus list pupils, run after school and before school clubs and act as role models for pupils in schools.
City Year's volunteers also receive training on Fridays, whether it's safeguarding or interview skills, each session is tailored to ensure that volunteers get the best out of their year of service!
Desired profile
