Job description
This is your chance to be part of the team behind the UK’s fastest growing social discovery network and join a buzzing startup based in silicon roundabout supporting the Community Operations Team.
We're looking for a confident outgoing individual to join our team, and help us grow our community both nationally and internationally.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for providing customer service support.
• Responsible for aspects of on to offline community management
• Supporting and coordinating social events
• Collaborating closely with the community manager and product team.
Qualifications:
• Graduated with a university degree.
• The candidate should have experience with online customer service
• Confident and well spoken.
• Should be smart, independent and comfortable working in a high paced environment.
• Experience in Social Media/Social Networking preferred.
Must be available for full time
