The role:

We are looking for a proactive self-starter with great attention to detail to take on a key role in our growing operations team. You will be playing an important part in making sure that our all our deliveries are delivered to the right place at the right time and with a smile. You will help optimise our day to day operations as we scale, continually improving processes. The operations team is responsible for a diverse and challenging range of tasks, so you’ll need to be able to think fast but smart in a rapidly changing environment.

What you will be doing:

Daily scheduling and monitoring of deliveries
Inventory tracking and management
Recruiting and training freelance delivery drivers
Allocating and coordinating on-site staff to serve meals
Optimising the sourcing and distribution of equipment
Process improvement
Data analysis

Desired profile

What we're looking for:

At least one year's worth of work experience
2:1 degree from a reputable university, or equivalent
Passion for efficiency and making things happen
Curiosity and hunger for learning, and ability to learn fast!
Fanatical attention to detail
Strong organisational and planning skills
Great communication skills and the ability to influence others
Self starter with an excellent time management and self-motivation
Data driven and analytical
Advanced Excel skills
