We are looking for a pro-active, hard-working and friendly team member to join our customer facing team. You will be on the front line of the business, solving problems for customers, vendors and other team members. Attention to detail is essential, along with the ability to keep your head when things don’t run to plan. You will get to know how the business works, inside and out. We don’t shy away from giving responsibility, there is always more work for you to take on if you want it!
You will be responsible for:
Answering customer and vendor queries via phone, email and chat
Responding to customer issues with appropriate solutions
Providing admin support for account managers and sales teams
Representing and developing the brand as we grow
Implementing process improvement
