The Team


GVSO is the talent incubator for Cisco UK&I.


Our team is involved mainly in Commercial segment and in Large Accounts team as well.


We are responsible for a significant sales territory. Our ambition is to develop the business and generate double digit growth. We are focusing on our customers and are driven by results.


We are covering the entire Cisco’s portfolio that’s why we need smart and agile Sales people, who are ready to execute and accelerate on our core business, and to disrupt by leveraging the new sales models (cloud, services & software).



Role & Responsibilities


•Develop relationships with new & existing Cisco partners/end users in order to drive with them the sales to End-Customers the sales & generates incremental revenue.


•Develop relationships with AMs within Partners company to address and develop Utilizes knowledge of the region and install base to exploit commercial opportunities.


•Responsible for a smaller group of accounts in terms of goal attainment (quota), customer satisfaction & market coverage.


•Through coaching from manager develops territory & account plans, prioritizes internal and external (virtual) resources & executes to meet or exceed sales quota.


•Maintains multiple Partner relationships.


•Responsible for achieving quarterly and annual sales goals.


•Uses telephone & other IT tools to remotely Interface with customers to present Cisco value proposition to a variety of audiences: IT personnel and Manager Level.


•Coordinates with some partners to facilitate sales.


•Implement decisions within defined processes, practices and Cisco policies.


•Demonstrated ability to excel within cross-functional team environment


•Typically reports to Manager of Inside Sales with feedback from field sales engagement with Field Territory Account Manager (TAM) and Field Regional Manager (RM


Minimum Qualifications


•A general ability to articulate the value of a converged data, voice and video network.


•An adequate overall understanding of Cisco products & services as well as network design, implementation, management & administration.


•Good communication and presentation skills.


•Aware of competitive environment and needs direction from manager and/or peers to successfully position success solutions.


•Adequate verbal/written skills necessary.


•BS/BA or equivalent and/or 2-3 years related technical sales experience

● First experience in a complex ICT company with X functional organization


● Technical skills : networking/collaboration/datacenter


● Expert in social selling


● Familiar with territory/account planning methodologies


● International experience
