Product sales Specialist - SP sales

• Be the lead ‘Go to Market’ interface between Cisco and BT for Contact Centre. Own and develop relationships with the equivalent product management & sales leads within BT to accelerate BT’s sales of Cisco Contact Centre solutions


• Work with BT product line & sales teams to enhance their GTM model for sales of Cisco-based Contact Centre solutions


• Own & execute an annual BT-Cisco architecture plan for Contact Centre


• Be the sales specialist lead on select strategic Contact Centre opportunities – working with both Cisco and BT sales teams and direct with end-customers
