Requirements:
- BA/BS required. No exceptions.
- 2+ years experience as an Order Administrator, Customer Service Representative or similar Operations or Customer Service experience.
- Intermediate skill in MS Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a fair amount of interruption.
Nice to Have:
- Previous work experience in the technology sector.
- Extensive familiarity with Salesforce.com and Dynamics Great Plains (or other similar ERP system) skills.
Personality:
- Strong organizational skills.
- Results-oriented mindset.
- Clear, competent communicator.
- Superlative multi-tasker.
