Choices Estate Agents are now recruiting for 2 x Trainee Property Managers based in their Redhill Headquarters.

Location: Redhill, Surrey

Salary: £14,000 - £18,000 + overtime + excellent reward opportunities!

Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm with occasional weekends.

Choices currently let and manage over 2500 properties on behalf of landlords and arrange millions of pounds of property sales every week through both the Homesales department and the Property Investment Service. The Role

As a Property Portfolio Manager your role will include:

Ensuring annual Gas Safety Checks are carried out
Dealing with any maintenance issues, arranging access and payment of invoices
Arranging Inventories and Inspections
Dealing with deposit returns and liaising with Governing Bodies to adjudicate deposit disputes
Rent recovery
Building and maintaining relationships with Contractors
Tenancy Agreement renewals
The administration of the Property Portfolio

Key personal capabilities and skills required:

Be reliable and willing to work hard
Be professional and well-presented
Have a good understanding of Microsoft Office
Be confident and able to communicate to a high standard
Have a good telephone manner
Ideally 5 GSCE’s A-C including English and Maths
