Checkout.com are actively for an enthusiastic and talented Sales Support Associate to assist us during our rapid expansion. This is an ideal role for a recent graduate looking to forge their career in this field. Working alongside our Sales Management team you will have the opportunity to gain insight into the complete sales journey, collaborate with various teams and gain a solid expertise in our industry. This opportunity will offer an exciting mixture of responsibilities and is ideal for someone who thrives working in fast paced environment, and is passionate about online payments, FinTech & startups.
Help the sales team to link and track various merchant applications and documentations
Identify merchant needs and forge strong relationships
Provide a first-class level of service to merchants and help to convert enquiries into sales
Share best practices, key business insights and industry trends
Help with creating and maintaining PowerPoint presentations for various meetings
Providing data and guides to help the Sales Team
Managing sales tracking tools and providing reports
Ensure data on Salesforce is correct and up to date
Connect and collaborate with various teams at Checkout.com
Skills & Experience
Tech-savvy, with a real passion for Technology
Quick learner to grasp Checkout.com’s product and value proposition
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
Aptitude to shift tasks and priorities as and when the circumstances change
Fluency in English, any other European language appreciated
Previous experience with Salesforce will be an advantage
