The purpose of this role is for individuals to sell and market to clients the company’s product range; tailoring packages to each and every client that they find. Also individuals would be expected to help motivate other Direct Sales Representatives as well as help recruit others to step into the role. The emphasis here is on "teamwork"
The company you will be selling under is an established player in the nutrition and fitness market and is expanding further around the globe, with more and more sites opening within the UK. The products they offer help individuals achieve their own personal goals, whether they are weight loss, enhancing performance or just simply maintaining a well rounded diet.
Duties of a Direct Sales Representative:
- Develop your own client base through telemarketing, email marketing, face to face marketing and/or social media marketing
- Develop your own team of Direct Sales Representatives - Mentor other Direct Sales Representatives
- Develop an in depth understanding of the company’s product ranges - Use company products yourself in order to promote them from your own experience of using them
- Attend/participate in team workshops and classes
Requirements to become a Direct Sales Representative:
- Be a motivated self starter
- A keen interest in health and fitness
- A hunger to earn money and to achieve success
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales
- Be a team player
