Previous experience within hospitality / retail is preferred but not essential. We are looking for candidates who have the right attitude, know how to have fun and understand the importance of customer service, and we will gladly help you to develop the skills you need for the rest. So if you are Polite and friendly, have Good Customer Care skills, are Flexible, and prepared to help out the rest of the team in a willing and positive manner then we want you to apply and join our team.

Pinkberry are a Frozen Yogurt specialist, they are sweeping through the U.S. with their unique brand. Pinkberry are now opening their first U.K. store in Derby at the INTU SHOPPING CENTRE. The first of many new stores set to open throughout the country as the Pinkberry phenomenon sweeps the U.K. in the coming years. There is therefore tons of opportunity to progress within the company as you will be among the original UK Pinkberry team that may go onto manage the upcoming stores all over the country.

Pinkberry is the Original tart Frozen Yogurt brand from Los Angeles CA. Starting in 2005, the brand reignited the phenomenon for frozen yogurt and has grown to 21 countries in just 10 years. Just watch their store opening in Vancouver by searching on YouTube.

We are looking for candidates who are Service Focused, is full of Energy, Passionate, Respectful and Authentic. As a Team Member you are the first connection our customers make as they walk through the door. They have a passion for people and pride themselves on recognising the role of each team member in the Pinkberry experience.

The successful candidate must possess excellent customer service skills and must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous restaurant/hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

Food Sales Associates will:

• Demonstrate working knowledge of menu

• Provides customers full attention, service and sanitation

• Take, prepare and execute customers orders to Pinkberry standards

• Follow food safety standards and maintain their work area and equipment in accordance with Health Department standards

• Follow area specific steps of service, deliver food and beverages in a timely fashion

• Educate, sample, and serve customers craveable food products

• Produce and present freshly prepared products by following recipes or build sheets

• Effectively deal with multiple customers and communicate customer requests or concerns to other associates and manager on duty

• Neat and tidy in appearance

Qualifications:

No specific qualifications are necessary but customer service, hospitality, food hygiene etc. certificates would be beneficial.
