JOB DESCRIPTION:

CHANEL, ltd. is seeking a Workday Recruiting Junior Analyst to join our Global People Solutions team responsible for the successful and efficient delivery of high-volume customer facing demands, transactional and analytical HR services to all functions and CHANEL employees across the world.  Reporting to and mentored by the Global Lead Recruiting, the workday recruiting analyst will be responsible in taking part to the optimization of our recruiting module all while working in partnership with other stream leads, hr population and other functions.

What you’ll do:

·  Assist the Global Workday Recruiting Lead in stabilising our module deployment:
·  Take part in an audit of the existing configuration and master it
·  Update some of the functionalities that have been deployed in partnership with our consulting partner
·  Perform research on problems, separating the symptoms from the actual cause, and identifying corrective measures.
·  Seek opinions and feedback on alternative solutions and implement those that have been agreed upon by the team.
·  Possess sound analytical problem-solving and documentation skills.
·  Communicate effectively with team members and internal customers.
·  Demonstrate ability to prioritize conflicting demands and raise issues to the recruiting lead.
·  Execute assigned project tasks within established schedule.
·  Recognize business process inefficiencies and recommends improvements.
·  Complete his or her own assignments on time and with quality and suggests opportunities for quality and process improvements.
·  Contribute to knowledge management capital through activities such as sharing documented lessons learned, Q&A, documented deliverables, facilitation of Workday knowledge sharing sessions, and regularly posting best practices and knowledge sharing information to team knowledge sites.
·  May provide guidance and instruction to other team members or internal customers, after receiving the appropriate coaching from his or her manager.
·  Answer all workday recruiting inquiries in a timely basis.
·  Work actively with our Workday Reporting Analyst in building KPIs, reports and dashboards around the Recruiting stream
·  Work actively with our Core HR lead in capturing any impacts our enhancements may cause on the HCM module.

What you’ll need:

·  At least 1 year of hands-on Workday/HRIS or similar Cloud SaaS (SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) experience a must.
·  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
·  Ability to interact with all levels of users across the organization while maintaining an enthusiastic, professional demeanour during interactions.
·  Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
·  Knowledge and experience with project management systems (Trello, Smartsheet, JIRA, Workday Adoption Planning, Microsoft Project, etc.) is a plus.
·  Demonstrates a visible willingness to roll-up sleeves and help others.
