이 포지션은 최고의 A/S를 제공하기 위해  WFJ A/S 팀 관리자를 지원합니다.

· 
이 포지션은 수리 센터 내 CASS 사무실에서 근무합니다.

주요 업무:

· 
수리된 시계 및 고급 주얼리 제품의 상태 점검

· 
수리 센터와 부티크 간의 입/출고 배송 처리

· 
내부 A/S 워크샵 시스템 관리

· 
교체 부품 재고 관리

· 
교체 부품 수령 및 이송

· 
CASS(Client After Sales Service) 관리자의 요청 지원

자격 요건:

  학력 / 전문 자격

· 
4년제 대학 학사 학위 이상 또는 동등한 학위

  경력

· 
럭셔리(시계) A/S 분야에서 2~3개월 이상의 경험

· 
우수한 영어 구사 능력 (Speaking & Writing)

· 
우수한 컴퓨터 활용 능력 (MS-EXCEL / POWER POINT / MS-WORD)

필요 역량 :

· 
원활한 의사소통 능력

· 
긍정적이고 개방적인 마인드, 진실한 태도

Contract Period : ASAP - 2024.12.31

Job Purpose:

· 
This position can support WFJ after sales service teams’ admins for ultimate after sales service.

· 
This position will work at CASS office in repair center.

Key Responsibilities:

· 
QC for repaired watch & fine jewelry.

· 
Handling incoming/outgoing shipment between repair center and boutiques.

· 
Handling internal A/S workshop system

· 
Spare parts stocktaking.

· 
Spare parts receiving & transferring

· 
Support the following requests by CASS admins.

Person Specifications :

Academic / Professional Qualifications

· 
Bachelor's degree of 4-years of university or over the same degree

Work Experience

· 
2~3 months more of the experience in luxury (watch) after sales service field.

· 
Good ability of spoken/written English

· 
Good ability to operate computer (MS-EXCEL / POWER POINT / MS-WORD)
