WFJ AS Coordinator

Job description

Job Mission:

·  This position is responsible for quality control for WFJ products to ensure products in best condition without defects and to take care of product repair if necessary. And in charge of all Fine Jewelry related logistics / dispatch coordination.
·  This position can contribute to brand image enhancement by providing best quality of WFJ product to the clients especially for CHANEL HOUSE.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Perform quality control on incoming and outgoing shipments for Fine Jewelry and Watch
·  Prepare defective report & Quality related report on time.
·  Communication and coordinate with related party to ensure meet company quality standard
·  Coordinate the process & communication for Local Repair (In House & External workshop) for Watch & Fine Jewelry
·  Coordinate the process & communication for Overseas Repair
·  Boutique or Les Atelier support / training for Repair related issue
·  Spare part management, ordering & inventory control
·  Perform ultrasonic cleaning or shining service for FJ, if necessary.
·  Coordinate related logistics arrangement from and to boutiques for all incoming and outgoing shipment (stock, consignment & repair) for Fine Jewelry .

Role Specifications:

Academic / Professional Qualifications

·  Bachelor's degree of 4 years of university or over the same degree
·  GIA would be an advantage.
·  Completion of academic courses of Jewelry making or major in Jewelry design would be an advantage

  Work experience  

·  2~ 3 years more of the solid experience in WFJ quality control and defective repair management
·  Advantage if experience in WFJ high end brands

·  WFJ Retail team & BTQ  (mainly TFJS, Local merchandizing team, Local retail team)
·  Watch Repair Center (Watch technician, WFJ CASS professional)
·  Logistics team
·  Global or Regional WFJ after sales service team / WFJ Operation team

External

·  External polishing workshop, External watch tool and material supplier
