About the role:  

We are looking for a Watches & Fine Jewelry advisor, who will play a vital role in providing a superior level of service to clients, increase client conversion and retention, drive business revenue, and inspire brand loyalty.  The Watches & Fine Jewelry Specialist will be a part of the beginning to end to end client experience. The WFJ Advisor will work along-side a diverse sales-team, and report to the Boutique’s leadership.

Position Logistics:  

· 
Minimum of 3 years related experience in a luxury retailer or relevant client- facing role such as hospitality. 

· 
Ability to work with a diverse client base 

· 
Proven success in achieving sales goals 

· 
Ability to lift 15 lbs.  

· 
A flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays  

· 
High School Degree minimum   

Compensation:  

The anticipated base hourly range for this position is $34.00 through $35.00. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay [may/will] be offered for this position. Other components [may/will] include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
