Watches and Fine Jewelry, Education Team Learning Coach
Mission/Role
To develop the sales and customer service skills of sales advisors and their mindset as brand ambassadors in line with strategy, marketing, retail, and education priorities, in order to achieve the sales budget of the Watches and Fine Jewelry Division, and to contribute to developing human resources who can foster engagement with the brand and provide a client experience unique to CHANEL WFJ.
Job Description
· Schedule management, preparation, implementation, and support for various trainings (career trainings, Imagine CHANEL)
· Creation of training materials (physical and digital)
· Preparation and implementation of OJT in tandem with boutique management
· Preparation, publication, data analysis, and promotion of content for learning app INSIDE WFJ
· Administrative Tasks: expense processing, equipment management, etc.
Requirements
Work Experience
· 5+ years of training experience
· 3+ years of customer service experience
· Computer Skills: PowerPoint, Excel, Word (intermediate or higher)
· English: intermediate or higher (ability to read English documents, create new documents, respond to emails, participate in meetings)
Personality
· Passionate about human resource development
· Strong communication skills
· Able to think and act independently
· Able to take on challenges without fear of failure
· Flexible/capable of adapting to change
· Comfortable with digital tools and eager to learn
