VM Coordinator (6-month fixed-term contract)

Job description

Job Purpose :
VM Coordinator is responsible for WFJ visual merchandising related task in WFJ and WFJ corner in Fashion boutiques and assisting VM professional

Key Responsibilities :

Production Coordination

· 
Manage VM Tools (Order and manage POS Tool / Distribute VM tools to the boutiques upon the request / Control local developed tools)

· 
Manage OOH and light box installation

· 
Photo report to Global VM team per each set up

· 
Submit the PRO every month

Field Support

· 
Visit boutiques on a regular basis to ensure that VM standards are maintained

· 
Support the set up and maintenance of WFJ window displays

· 
Support the preparation and set up of events and boutique animations

Academic / Professional Qualifications

· 
University degree/Preferred Art and Fashion related major

Work Experience:

· 
Minimum 1-3 years in luxury WFJ or fashion industry

Required Competencies

· 
Sincere and enthusiastic attitude of working as a team member

· 
Good communication skill/ Good level of speaking and writing in English

· 
Excellent proficiency of MS Office, Adobe photoshop, Illustrator

Boutique: HOB, DHOB, JA in charge of VM, TFJS

Office: Watch and Fine Jewelry Division,  DRC
