Travel Retail Operation Coordinator

Job description
Job Mission:
· This position is responsible for developing optimum operation process and managing an efficient sales at all POS & E-TR in order to contribute to the achievement of divisional sales target and omni-client journey ambition.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales analysis (All TR)
· Sales analysis: daily / weekly / monthly
· Market flash report by month
· Sales trend meeting document by month
Product management at E-TR channel
· Communication with TR retailers for monthly product launch planning (selective product assortment considering stock situation)
· Web / mobile campaign banner update by month
· New product information update by month
· Request for campaign asset production to Regional and global team
· Product de-listing action for discontinued items
· Stock allocation with TR marketing and FBP forecasting team
Supporting work for Omni client journey creation
· Execution of digital sampling
· Connection with offline mega event (invitation, digital sampling, service creation etc)
Client data capture
· Analysis of E-TR data capture status
· System monitoring
Role Specifications:
Academic / Professional Qualifications
[Functional Knowledge – The technical expertise required to perform the work and activities.]
· 4 years university degree
· Good interpersonal communication skills both in English & Korean
· Advanced knowledge on forecasting and strong analytical skill (both quantitative and qualitative)
Work Experience
[Business Expertise – The requirements of the job for knowledge and expertise about the business rather than about “technical expertise”.]
· Minimum of 1~2 years work experience in cosmetics industry (travel retail career preferred)
· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Required Competencies
· Fluent in verbal and written English
· Strong interpersonal & communication skill
· Strong numerical sense
· Operating skills of computer utility (MS Office program, diverse logistics and ERP programs)
