Job Purpose: The TFJ Specialist has an in-depth knowledge on Watches & Fine Jewelry. He or she will focus on the Watch & Fine Jewelry category sales, with special emphasis on managing and building the Watch & Fine Jewelry business and growing the customer base for both product categories .

Key Responsibilities:

· 
Work with the Boutique team members to achieve the monthly Watches & Fine Jewelry targets.

· 
Provide qualitative feedbacks regularly to Boutique Management team and WFJ Merchandising team on collection performance and product quality issue.

· 
Work with Boutique Management team and WFJ Merchandising team to push challenging items and share with team and/or by liaising with Visual Merchandising team to seek for better focus and visibility.

· 
Partner with boutique Visual Merchandising team on launches, ensuring frequent changes on display and on new items as to secure freshness of WFJ display.

· 
Work closely with Timepieces and Fine Jewelry Expert and WFJ Deputy Head of Boutique to ensure tidiness on Timepieces & Fine Jewelry area at all-time, both front and back of house, in order to increase visibility.

· 
Coordinate with TFJE and WFJ Merchandising team on stock requests including customer orders and proactive in sharing stock or offer transfers between boutiques.

· 
Assist the Fashion Advisors to present the collection to customers with a special focus on technical knowledge.

· 
Be our brand ambassador and transmit our brand values and culture to clients.

· 
Recruit new TFJ customers and convert existing Fashion clients to TFJ purchasers.

· 
Develop strong, lasting relationships with clients and build emotional connections with them.

· 
Ensure all customer service and after-sales requests are handled according to guidelines.

· 
Share knowledge, market intelligence and information about WFJ with team members to help build a high performance team.

· 
Show drive & initiative to support team members at work when needed.

Qualifications:

· 
Minimum 3 years of sales experience (Luxury Retail background a plus)

· 
Experience working with international Watch & Fine Jewelry brands is preferrable

· 
Experience of handling high profile clientele

· 
Strong knowledge of Watch & Fine Jewelry collections (including technical knowledge) including Basic Alteration skills

· 
Knowledge of Watch & Fine Jewelry competition environment & trends

· 
Well groomed – high level of sophistication & refinement

· 
Excellent communication skills (Thai + English)

· 
Able to withstand retail working hours and work on weekends and public holidays.
