Join our Talent & Learning Solutions team as an Intern, where you’ll gain hands-on experience in project management, process documentation, and change management within a dynamic corporate environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to support our people commitments and our People & Organisation (HR) /Learning teams in leveraging technology to accelerate our collective impact. Ensuring continuous improvement of our ways of working and solutions is a key part of sustaining usage and driving business value.

Areas of focus:

·  Project management/coordination for evolution of existing and launch of new Talent & Learning technology initiatives.
·  Support on Talent& Learning solutions testing, roadmapping and stakeholder communication activities.
·  Project support for additional outsourcing of application management activities to 3rd party provider.
·  Documentation of current and future-state processes related to Talent and Learning technology to facilitate a consistent user experience and high data quality.
·  Contribution to knowledge management including maintaining and indexing knowledge bases.
·  Develop and maintain training content and user guides.
·  Support the implementation of change management strategies to facilitate adoption of new tools and processes.
·  Gather and analyse feedback from end users to inform continuous improvement.

·  Good communication skills and ability to adapt to different stakeholder needs.
·  Proactivity and demonstrable ability to learn independently and take initiative.
