Join our Talent & Learning Solutions team as an Intern, where you’ll gain hands-on experience in project management, process documentation, and change management within a dynamic corporate environment. Ensuring continuous improvement of our ways of working and solutions is a key part of sustaining usage and driving business value.
Areas of focus:
· Project management/coordination for evolution of existing and launch of new Talent & Learning technology initiatives.
· Support on Talent& Learning solutions testing, roadmapping and stakeholder communication activities.
· Project support for additional outsourcing of application management activities to 3rd party provider.
· Documentation of current and future-state processes related to Talent and Learning technology to facilitate a consistent user experience and high data quality.
· Contribution to knowledge management including maintaining and indexing knowledge bases.
· Develop and maintain training content and user guides.
· Support the implementation of change management strategies to facilitate adoption of new tools and processes.
· Gather and analyse feedback from end users to inform continuous improvement.
