Job Mission Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated TA Assistant to support office recruitment activities. In this role, you will assist the Talent Acquisition team with various hiring-related tasks and play an important role in supporting smooth and efficient recruitment operations. Through close collaboration with the team, you will help ensure effective execution of recruitment processes and contribute to making informed talent decisions for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support overall recruitment process operations
· Candidate communication including interview scheduling and onboarding-related coordination
· Job posting and management across job boards
· Recruitment data tracking and management
Support team-related cost processing and general administrative tasks
Role Specifications:
Academic/ Professional Qualifications/ Work Experience
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
· Demonstrated success in developing engaging communication materials.
· Basic knowledge of industry practices, trends, and legal regulations in human resources.
Required Competencies
· Advanced skills in tools supporting work of this role, including the Microsoft suite and in particular Excel and PowerPoint
· Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.
· Strong self-leader, relationship builder and collaborative team player
